Catalog format

Send one CSV describing the products you want tracked. That file is your entire integration — no feeds to build, no API to call.

Use one row per product. If you price variants (sizes, colours) differently and want each tracked, send one row per variant with its own client_ref.

Columns

Seven columns, three of them required. Unknown extra columns are ignored, so you can export a superset from your PIM without trimming.

client_ref	string	yes	Your internal product reference. Echoed back on every matched row so you can join results to your PIM.
ean	string (GTIN-13)	no	The product barcode, if you have it. When present it unlocks exact (barcode) matching — the highest-confidence tier.
sku	string	no	Your SKU. Carried through untouched; useful when client_ref is at product level but you price per SKU.
brand	string	yes	Brand name as you know it. Powers brand + name matching when no barcode is available — which is most of the market.
name	string	yes	Product name / description. The more specific, the stronger the fuzzy and semantic matching.
category	string	no	Your category label (e.g. dames-kleding). Optional, but helps disambiguate look-alike products.
price	decimal	yes	Your current gross retail price in EUR, e.g. 64.99. Used to compute where you rank against the market.

Barcodes are worth it

ean is optional, but every barcode you can provide lifts that product to exact matching. Most fashion catalogues are sparse on barcodes — that’s expected, and brand + name matching covers the rest.

File rules

Format — UTF-8, comma-delimited CSV (RFC 4180), with the header row exactly as above.
Quoting — wrap any value containing a comma, quote, or newline in double quotes.
Prices — decimal point (64.99, not 64,99), euros, gross incl. VAT, no currency symbol.
Size — up to ~1 million rows per file comfortably; talk to us before sending more.
Refreshes — re-uploading replaces the previous catalogue snapshot. Send your full catalogue each time, not a delta.
